On Aug. 25th, at 2pm there was a 5th Board of Director's meeting held thru Kakao Talk chatting. Due to the seriously contagious Covid 19 , Welcome to Korea International Club held the meeting untact. Before the meeting, the agenda and the previous meeting minutes were delivered to each member's email. 

Eleven Board members attended the meeting  and the President Kim announced the opening. The meeting minutes were unanimously approved and members discussed the details on the special lecture planned on the 17th of September and the newly opening programs like 'flower arrangement class on the 24th of September. Members decided to plan on having it contingent upon the circumstances around the actual events. 

The  possibility of running the programs like the 4th anniversary celebration, another special lecture, and the cooking class were also discussed.

Unless Covid19 gets to be controlled soon enough, WKIC might have to consider using the web conference system.

On September 5th, WKIC had its first board meeting at Ilpomo-dang, Shabushabu place in Ganghwamoon area from

11am to 2pm. Twelve board members attended and discussed the upcoming activities in 2016 and 2017. Members also 

talked about the running details including dues and the budget. 

The 2nd board meeting was on October 10th in the conference room at Mayplace hotel. Establishing homepage was the 

main agenda and members talked about the preparation on the historical excursion planned on Nov. 1st.  

Feedback was given on the Cultural Heritage tour on Ganghwado on the 3rd board meeting held on Nov. 21st in the 

conference room at Mayplace hotel. Preparation on the End of the Year party was the main agenda.
